I've decided... I like this one!

RM700 monthly payment + 1st month free deposit
condition: We do the painting job!

The pros of the house:
Looks new, fully tiled, 2 air-cond, kitchen utility, fully functioning basic electric appliances(lamps and ceiling fans)

The cons of the house:
Dirty walls, cannot use mini store room downstairs, just behind factory (causes the wooden dust), any others?

You can say I'm quite prejudice... I prefer Chinese Owners rather than Indians anyway. Easier to communicate. Especially when trouble happens, you can contact them efficiently. And they stay in Taman Balakong Jaya. Just 10 minutes car distance to reach. And the owner's job is electrical-related. He did the extra wiring himself. (see the living room)

[The Exterior of the house]
It looks a bit grassy, but actually can be cleaned up by calling the owner's friend (RM20-30/semi year)
I like the design below the roof. Triangle+Square. No reason.
[Living Room]
The wood at the bottom part of the wall has been detached and replaced by rectangular tiles. Personally, I like the staircase.
I know, wall is the problem, it looks like it really needs to be painted. Crucial. You still can see the the water flowing marks from second floor downwards through the wall beside staircase.
[Staircase]
I like this view... No lights though. Don't worry, the owner had promised to install one. Hope that it's unique.
No more triangle shape! Don't worry climbing in the dark.
[Back View]
This is what we can see behind the house. Papaya trees... lol. Looks like we're going to take care of it. Oh ya, the strangers. They're the house owners. Sister and brother, not couple.
That Zinc Building is the timber factory. It used to be troublesome since it produces tons of wooden dust covering the windows and corners near windows. Through Billy, this situation of this problem reduces a lot recently.
[Kitchen]
The best view we see in this house right now. Desktop is available rather than a small zinc sink. No worries putting foods, kitchen appliances and fridge here. We can even cook here!
[Master Room]
Let Chong Heng and Ah Keng to describe it. Their territory.
[Medium Room]
Ricky gets the air-cond one. Eng Lok and me take the other one.
[Single Room]
Wen Jen takes this. I think we'll install a wall fan for him.
[Emphasis]
This is the ceiling above the staircase. Ricky said it needs to be repainted too. How to paint on the stairs? Well, well. Plan, plan.
So, these are the images of our (maybe mine only) dream house.
p/s: See other photos here too...
